Bihar Election Exit Poll 2025: The second phase of voting in Bihar assembly elections has taken place. After the voting is over, all the agencies have released the exit polls of 243 seats. In most estimates, NDA government seems to be formed in Bihar. In the surveys of different agencies, NDA is expected to get 133 to 167 seats. Whereas the Grand Alliance is estimated to get 75 to 102 seats. Prashant Kishor’s Janasuraj Party may get 1-5 seats. Others are estimated to get 2 to 10 seats. However, exit poll results are just an estimate. The real results will come on November 14, only after which it will be clear to whom the people of Bihar have handed over power.
Election results were being reversed by exit polls in 2020
Bihar is one such state in the country, where exit poll trends have often been very different from the actual results. This can be gauged from the 2020 assembly election results. At that time, in most of the exit polls, the Grand Alliance was reported to be taking a huge lead, but in reality, when the results came, the NDA under the leadership of Nitish Kumar achieved majority by winning 125 seats.
Who got how many seats in the election results of Bihar Election 2020?
In Bihar Assembly elections 2020, NDA in alliance with BJP and JDU got 125 seats. Of these, BJP got 74 seats, JDU got 43 seats, HAM got 4 seats. At the same time, the Grand Alliance got 110 seats. These included 75 seats for RJD, 19 for Congress, 12 for CPI ML, 2 for CPI and 2 for CPM.
More than 67% voting took place in the second phase
In the second phase of Bihar Assembly elections, voting took place on November 11 for 122 seats in 20 districts. 1302 candidates are in the fray in the second phase. Let us tell you that voting for 121 seats was done in the first phase on 6 November. There was 64.66% voting in the first phase. At the same time, 67.1% voting took place in the second phase. The highest turnout was in Kishanganj district at 76.25%.
