Rumours had been swirling all week that VJ Paaru was the next to be eliminated from the reality show, with some social-media chatter even claiming that contestant FJ had also been asked to leave.
However, Sunday’s episode put all speculation to rest. Both contestants emerged safe, while the actual eviction shocked viewers: Prajin, a close friend of host Vijay Sethupathi and one of the show’s more familiar faces, was shown the door.

She was followed by Divya with 11.3% (1,06,087 votes) and Vikram with 9.09% (85,359 votes). Kamrudin also featured in the middle of the pack.
The most intriguing part of the poll surfaced at the bottom of the standings. Sandra, with 5.61% (52,631 votes), ranked the lowest in percentage terms. However, the difference between her and the contestants immediately above her – Subiksha, FJ, Amit, Kani, and Prajean – was razor-thin. Each was separated by just a few hundred votes, creating an unusually tight race and making this week’s elimination one of the most unpredictable of the season.
