Be careful while giving drinks to children, otherwise they may face problems.

Drinks for kids: Most of the parents give fruit juice or any other packaged juice to their children for breakfast. Parents believe that these beverages are very beneficial for their health, but let us tell you that such juices have zero nutrients. Actually, all the nutrients are destroyed in canned juice. Also, due to the sugar present in it, there is a risk of diseases like diabetes, obesity and cholesterol. Therefore, always try to give children such beverages which are healthy. Along with this, keep some important things in mind before serving the drink. Let us know about it-

unhealthy drinks

  • Never give caffeinated beverages to children. Especially if you give them things like coffee, tea, energy drinks, they may face many physical problems.
  • By consuming such beverages, children may have to face many diseases like restlessness and insomnia.
  • Try not to let children consume aerated drinks. Such beverages contain carbon dioxide as well as a lot of sugar which is harmful for the child’s health.
  • Keep children away from sweet beverages like packaged juice, ice tea etc.

Keep these things in mind

  • Many children are consuming sports drinks for energy or while playing sports. Children think that such beverages will give nutrition and energy to their body, but it is not so at all. There is no benefit to children from such beverages.
  • -If you want to give something healthy to children, then give them a glass of milk daily which is rich in calcium, potassium, phosphorus and minerals.
  • Apart from milk, you can also include options like soya milk, almond milk in your list.
  • Add walnuts and honey in fruit smoothie for taste, it is very beneficial for children’s health.
