Anupam Kher, who is currently gearing up for the release of The Freelancer – The Conclusion, posted a throwback group photo on his Instagram handle on Friday.
It featured the actor himself with Ranveer Singh, Varun Dhawan, and Arjun Kapoor. Sharing the image, he revealed why the image reminded him of the 1968 movie Padosan.

Taking to his Instagram, Anupam shared the picture in which the actor was snapped standing in the center of the frame as Ranveer took the picture. Varun made a funny face, and the Gunday co-stars appeared to try out a pout-like gesture. Anupam Kher joined the group of youthful performers with a simple smile.
In the caption he wrote, “I don’t know why this pic of #Ranveer, #Varun, and #Arjun taken a few years back reminds me of the film #Padosan. May be the madness created here.”

What’s next for Anupam Kher?
On the work front, apart from movies Anupam Kher is also doing his own historical-mythological-documentary series titled 21 Hanuman Mandir, which explores the 21 most revered temples of the deity. As far as his work in movies goes, the actor was last seen in the Kannada film Ghost, and Vivek Agnihotri’s film The Vaccine War.
He will next be seen in the Telugu film The India House, and Hindi films Kaagaz 2, Vijay 69, and The Signature in 2024.
