On the occasion of Diwali, Akshay Kumar shared a photo of himself, offering a glimpse inside his festivities. Along with the photo, he penned a note wishing his fans and friends on the festival.
It seems the actor helped his wife Twinkle Khanna in the preparations.

On Sunday, Akshay shared a photo in which he can be seen giving final touches to the flower rangoli. The actor’s Diwali outfit was an off-white sherwani and can be seen holding a plate in his hand filled with flowers. The actor seems to be helping his wife at home, but it can be from the shoot as we can see the light stands in the background.

What’s next for Akshay Kumar?
On the work front, the actor had a great year at the box office owing to one film OMG 2, while his other two films, Selfiee and Mission Raniganj, didn’t manage to attract the audience. OMG 2 which released alongside Sunny Deol’s Gadar 2, grossed ₹221 crore worldwide, emerging as the seventh highest-grossing Hindi film of 2023.
Next, the actor is busy with his Marathi film Vedat Marathe Veer Daudle Saat. Helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar, in the film, Akshay will be essaying the role of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. The periodic drama also stars Pravin Tarde, Hardeek Joshi, Vishal Nikam, Jai Dudhane, Utkarsha Shinde and Virat Madke. He also has Sky Force, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Shankara and Singham Again in the lineup. All these films are slated to release next year in the theatres.
