Ranbir Kapoor’s Ramayana, directed by Nitesh Tiwari and produced by Namit Malhotra, is undoubtedly the biggest Indian film of the year. The movie also stars Sai Pallavi and Yash in key roles. A grand event titled Ramayana: Pratham Sankalp was held in Delhi which turned out to be a massive success.
Speaking at the event, Sai Pallavi said, “Please excuse me if my Hindi is bad. It’s not easy for actors to get a goddess role like Maa Sita. A hardworking team that can put its heart and soul into a film is required to present the best version of Ramayana to the world so that people in the future look up to it.”
“I thank Namit Malhotra sir for choosing me. I was blessed to play Maa Sita. It’s not something you can go after. I would meditate and ask Maa Sita to act through me. I tried to keep my thoughts as pure as possible. I learnt a lot through this process,” said Sai Pallavi.
