ICICI Prudential AMC Q1 results: Net profit jumps 23% YoY to ₹965 crore, revenue rises 18%

ICICI Prudential AMC Q1 results: ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company (AMC) on Monday, July 13, reported its earnings for the first quarter of the 2026-27 financial year (Q1 FY27).

According to a regulatory filing, the asset management company posted a 23.1% year-on-year (YoY) surge in its net profit to ₹964.63 crore during the quarter under review, compared with ₹783.64 crore in the June quarter of the 2025-26 financial year (Q1 FY26).

On a sequential basis, its profit advanced by 25.5% YoY from ₹768.58 crore in the quarter-ago period.

The firm’s revenue from operations rose 17.55% YoY to ₹1,564.22 crore in the June quarter of FY27, as against ₹1,330.67 crore in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year.

The revenue grew 1.45% QoQ from ₹1,541.92 crore in the January-March quarter of FY26.

  • It recorded 1.73 crore unique customers as of June 30, 2026, as compared to 1.51 crore in the year-ago period.
  • Its mutual fund (MF) quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) stood at ₹11,172.22 billion for the June quarter of FY27, with a market share of 13.4%, in comparison to ₹9,442.47 billion for the year-ago period.
  • Its QAAUM in actively managed funds stood at ₹9,246.98 billion for Q1 FY27, with a market share of 13.5%, in comparison to ₹8,031.53 billion for quarter ended June 30, 2025.
  • The firm logged ₹6,312.15 billion in QAAUM in Equity & Equity-oriented schemes, with a market share of 14%, from ₹5,267.90 billion for the same period last year.
  • It clocked ₹2,215.41 billion in Equity-Oriented Hybrid QAAUM, with a market share of 26.6% as compared to ₹1,774.57 billion for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
  • Alternate QAAUM stood at ₹794.46 billion for the June quarter of FY27, which comprised Portfolio Management Services (PMS) QAAUM of ₹289.96 billion, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) QAAUM of ₹227.37 billion, and Assets under Advisory of ₹ 277.13 billion.
  • Its monthly systematic transactions for June 2026 rose to ₹48.72 billion as compared to ₹42.45 billion in the same month of 2025.

ICICI Prudential AMC stock performance

Shares of ICICI Prudential AMC closed 1.46% higher at ₹3,205.60 per unit on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, July 13. However, the results were reported after the market closed.

The scrip has fallen 3% in the past week and 1% over the month. On a year-to-date basis, it has gained 22%.

While the stock hit a 52-week high of ₹3,611 per equity share on May 29, 2026, it touched a year’s low of ₹2,530 apiece on December 22, 2025.

ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company has a total market capitalisation of ₹1.59 lakh crore as of July 13, 2026, according to data on the NSE.
