The latest episode of Alliance turned emotional as wildcard contestant Seema Sajdeh reunited with her ex-husband, actor-filmmaker Sohail Khan. The former couple shared heartfelt moments on the reality show, with Seema even calling Sohail her “only ally” inside the house. During a candid conversation, Sohail took responsibility for the breakdown of their marriage, admitting that career struggles affected his state of mind and, ultimately, his relationship with Seema. He also expressed deep respect for her as the mother of their two sons and credited Alliance for helping them reconnect and communicate after years of separation.

Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh’s reunion on Alliance turned into one of the most emotional moments of the season. During the episode, Sohail took responsibility for the breakdown of their marriage. Seema, in turn, referred to him as her “only ally” inside the house. The conversation took an emotional turn when fellow contestant Nikhil Chinappa asked Sohail, “Aurat ghar ko bigaad bhi sakti hai aur bana bhi sakti hai. Aapke ghar mein kiska haath tha?” (A woman can either make or break a home. Who was responsible in your case?)
Responding candidly, admitted that his professional struggles affected his personal life. He said, “At that time, kaam theek nahi chal raha tha (my work wasn’t going well), so I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. Because of my behaviour, I lost someone I truly loved.”

The actor also spoke about the respect he continues to have for Seema despite their separation. “She is the mother of my two beautiful children, so more than love, I have immense respect for Seema. This will always remain a memorable show for me. Though we are separated, this show has brought us back together to talk and confide in one another. There was a missing link between us, and this show helped reconnect it,” he added.
Seema also shared an update on their sons, revealing that their younger son, Yohan, is rooting for her on the show, while their elder son, Nirvaan, is cheering for Sohail to win the competition.
Later, while speaking with Zaid Darbar, Sohail revealed that both their sons currently live with him. He also shared that visits his house three times a week to spend time with them and still has a key to his home, highlighting the cordial bond they continue to share as co-parents.
