Now, with Sohail Khan’s ex-wife, Seema Sajdeh’s, entry into the show, things have turned even more heated. Following Seema’s appearance on the show, Sohail Khan recently opened up to Nikhil Chinappa about what led to their separation.
What did Sohail Khan say about his divorce with Seema Sajdeh
During discussion, Nikhil asked, Aurat ghar ko bigaad bhi sakti hai aur bana bhi sakti hai. Aapke ghar mein kiska haath tha?” (A woman can either make or break a home. Who was responsible in your case?). Answering the question, Sohail said, “At that time, kaam theek nahi chal raha tha (my work wasn’t going well), so I wasn’t in the right frame of mind. Because of my behaviour, I lost someone I truly loved.”
“She is the mother of my two beautiful children, so more than love, I have immense respect for Seema. This will always remain a memorable show for me. Though we are separated, this show has brought us back together to talk and confide in one another. There was a missing link between us, and this show helped reconnect it,” Sohail Khan continued.
When did Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan got married ?
Sohail Khan and Seema Sajdeh got married in 1998. The couple eloped and tied the knot in an Arya Samaj wedding followed by a Nikkah ceremony and a court marriage. However, after 24 years of wedding, the two decided to part ways. The two have publicly spoken about prioritising their children and maintaining mutual respect despite ending their marriage.
Earlier as well Seema spoke about the decision of parting ways and called it ‘mutual’ as the two prioritised peace over living in constant conflict.
