Actress Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor and director Sharan Sharma recently tied the knot after dating each other for a while. Their dreamy wedding ceremony was an intimate yet lavish affair, attended by celebrities such as Alia Bhatt, Janhvi Kapoor, Karan Johar, Vaani Kapoor, and others.

In her note, the bride’s sister wrote, “Yesterday I witnessed the most beautiful day of my life. I saw my Angel Kanchi walk down the aisle towards her forever person and I couldn’t be happier. Never have I seen 2 people more perfect for each other in almost every way and it’s an honour to have Sharry as a part of our lives.”
She said that while she loved her sister immensely, she loved Sharan a little more for making Akanksha realise how amazing she was.

Sharing the wedding pictures, Akanksha penned, “Tu na toh ghar ghar nahi lagta, tu hain toh darr nahi lagta.” The line is from Sharan’s directorial Mr And Mrs Mahi’ssong Tu Hai Toh, picturised on Janhvi Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
