Gatta Kusthi 2, the sequel to Gatta Kusthi, has emerged as a huge money-spinner at the box office. The second installment is on track to become Vishnu Vishal’s biggest grosser. Aishwarya Lekshmi played the female lead.
Speaking at the success meet, Vishnu Vishal said, “Audiences supported my different selection of films. I thank them wholeheartedly. After Gatta Kusthi Part 1, the right film didn’t happen for me for the last 2-3 years. I was scared that the audience had forgotten me. But with Gatta Kusthi 2’s success, I’m confident that people continue to love me. The movie will gross Rs. 50 crores soon at the box office.”
Chella Ayyavu is the writer and director of this franchise. Ishari K. Ganesh and Vishnu Vishal jointly bankrolled this family entertainer set against a sports backdrop. Zara Zyanna, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, and Karunas played key roles.
