New Delhi: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced a change to India’s squad for the upcoming three-match ODI series against England.
All-rounder Shivam Dube has been drafted into the squad after Nitish Kumar Reddy was ruled out because of a quadriceps injury.
Reddy picked up the injury during the third ODI against Afghanistan and has not recovered in time for the England series. The 23-year-old had already missed India’s recent T20I assignments against Ireland and England and will now remain unavailable for the ODI leg as well.
The three-match series is scheduled to begin on July 14 and conclude on July 19.
