MP Cabinet Decision: The Madhya Pradesh Ministry Council has approved the DPR counseling fee of Ujjain-Indore-Pithampur Metro Corridor, 100 MW solar and 60 MW wind power projects in the state, purchasing 25 thousand tablets and prosecutor posts for e-wise app.

MP Power Management: The meeting of the Council of Ministers under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav was held in the ministry on Tuesday. The cabinet was approved by the Council of Ministers for the first phase of the Ujjain-Indore-Pithampur line, Srimahakaleshwar Ujjain Lavkush Chauraha, Indore and the second phase to the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited for the work of making DPR of Pithampur, Metro Rail Project in the second phase and approved consultation fee of Rs 9 lakh per km (according to GST).

  • The cabinet approved the approved cost of 5 years (2021-22 to 2025-26) for the continuous implementation and operation of the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network and System (CCTNS) project operated in the state (2021-22 to 2025-26), approved to take 25 thousand tablets from Rs 75 crore for the E-Vidhi app for the app 102 crore 88 lakhs. The total amount of the amended/extended (CCTNS) scheme was approved of Rs 177 crore 87 lakh 51 thousand.
  • It is noteworthy that all police stations of the state have approval from CCTNS Project 2012. In the new phase, all the investigation officers are given electronic tablets. So that all action can be taken on the spot. E-Vivecha app has been created for this. 1732 tablets have been purchased in the first phase.

610 new posts will be recruited in MP

  • The cabinet approved 610 new posts under the Directorate of Public Prosecution to ensure the availability of prosecutors according to the effective implementation of the Indian Civil Protection Code 2023, the smooth operation of the Indian Civil Protection Code 2023, the smooth operation of the criminal justice.
  • In the creation of the posts of the Directorate, 185 posts of Additional Public Prosecutor, 255 posts of Additional District Prosecution Officer, 100 posts of Assistant District Prosecution Officer and 70 posts of Assistant Employees have been created. The creation of the post will cost about 60 crores in three years.

Decision to purchase electricity on competitive basis

  • MP. MP. Purchasing an additional 800 MW power from selected developers by Power Management Company Limited, using the “Greenshu” provision, the conditions of the tender and the MP. The Electricity Regulatory Commission will be done as per the approval provided. Advance proceedings and M.P. M.P. to file a petition for tariff approval before the Electricity Regulatory Commission. Power Management Company Limited has been authorized.

  • Approval was given to establish solar power project and wind power project in the state to reduce the operations and collection of Group Village Drinking Water Supply Schemes of the Council of Ministers.
  • According to the approval, approval was given to issue a 6 -month revolving letter of credit in the state under “Payment Security” to be installed on 100 MW solar energy and 60 MW wind project captive mode, purchasing electricity at the rates received from the tender and ensuring the payment of power payments produced.
  • Madhya Pradesh Jal Nigam is implementing 147 group village drinking water supply schemes at a cost of Rs 60,786 crore to 75 lakh families of more than 35 thousand villages. In principle consent has been given by the Council of Ministers on 24 March 2025 to implement through private participation for the said projects.
