Some invitees are said to be privately questioning whether such an extended event is necessary. Even so, sources insist the criticism isn’t directed at the couple. Rather, the concerns appear to center on the demanding itinerary planned for the big day.

Taylor Swift and appear to be planning a lavish at New York City’s Madison Square Garden. The couple is reportedly set to tie the knot on July 3, with more than 1,000 guests expected to attend. If the itinerary is accurate, the festivities will begin in the afternoon and continue into the early hours of the following morning.
However, it is the length of the celebration that has apparently become a topic of conversation among guests. “We just want to go to a wedding,” one alleged guest told Rob Shuter’s . The source added, “Nobody needs a 10-hour event.” According to the supposed invitee, there comes a point where an extended schedule feels more “like an obligation” than a celebration.
Another insider claimed the same concern is being shared by several attendees. “Everyone’s asking the same thing: Why does it have to be this long?” the source said. The individual went on to claim that most weddings follow a familiar pattern of a ceremony, dinner, and dancing before guests head home. By comparison, Swift and Kelce’s reported itinerary appears far more demanding.
Nonetheless, the criticism appears to come with an important caveat. “Everyone loves Taylor and Travis,” another insider told the outlet. The source claimed guests are honored to be included and are looking forward to celebrating the couple.
However, they also suggested that many simply want to witness the ceremony, and spend time with friends. “Sometimes the best weddings are the simplest ones,” the insider added.
Meanwhile, a report by suggests the event itself will spare no expense. Guests are allegedly expected to arrive from 3:30 p.m., followed by a cocktail hour before the ceremony begins at 5:30 p.m. The reception is then said to be scheduled to continue until 2 a.m.
