Om Prakash Rajbhar said that even if Dhirendra Shastri wishes, casteism will not end. Tehsildars are giving caste certificates by stamping them in tehsils. The youth will also be given jobs on the basis of caste certificate. Before applying for a job, it is asked whether the candidate belongs to OBC or Scheduled Caste or Tribe.
