Fortuner, Innova Hycross, Glanza Help Toyota India Record 7% YoY Growth In June 2026

Toyota has disclosed its sales figures for the month of June 2026. The Innova Hycross manufacturer has continued its growth trajectory by witnessing a 7% year-on-year growth, with 31,016 units sold. For reference, the company sold 28,869 units in June 2025. The strong demand for popular models such as the Fortuner, Innova Hycross and Glanza helped the company record strong figures across the board. Toyota India June 2026 Sales

The sales in the domestic market remained the key contributor to Toyota’s monthly performance. The automaker sold 28,441 units locally during June 2026, compared to 26,453 units in the same month last year. This led to a rise of 8% YoY. The Fortuner continued to be one of the brand’s flagship SUVs, while the Innova Hycross remained a preferred choice in the premium MPV segment. The Glanza and Tiago also contributed to the company’s volumes by meeting the requirements of customers looking for fuel-efficient hatchbacks.

Toyota exported 2,575 units in the previous month, exhibiting an increase from 2,416 units shipped in June 2025. The 7% growth in exports shows healthy demand for Toyota’s offerings in overseas markets. Toyota offers a wide portfolio in India that spans hatchbacks, sedans, MPVs and SUVs. It is expected to   this month.

Toyota also delivered strong numbers in the first six months of calendar year 2026. Between January and June, the company sold a total of 2.02 lakh units, representing a 15% growth over the 1.75 lakh units sold during the corresponding period in 2025. Domestic sales during the six months stood at 1.86 lakh, a rise of 15% from 1.61 lakh units a year earlier. International deliveries also contributed to the success, with a rise of 17% to 15,672 units, compared to 13,359 units during the January-June period of 2025.
