South actress Nayanthara, who was seen in Shahrukh Khan’s film ‘Jawaan’, has written an open letter for actor Dhanush. In this letter of about two and a half pages, Nayanthara has made many allegations against Dhanush. Nayanthara has told that she wanted to use songs, clips and photographs of the film ‘Nanun Rowdy Dhaan’ in her upcoming documentary. For this, he had sought permission from the film’s producer Dhanush, but even after waiting for a long time, Dhanush did not give NOC (No Objection Certificate).

Nayanthara has written in the open letter that a good and stable actor like Dhanush will read and understand this letter. She writes, “Cinema, as we all know, is a war of survival for people like us.” During this, Nayanthara said that she is a self-made woman, who had no link in the industry, yet she has reached here with her hard work. Talking about her documentary, she says that not only me, but many of my fans and loved ones are also waiting for my Netflix documentary.

Most special film not included

Nayanthara writes, “In this documentary made about me, clips of my life, my love and wedding are present, many of my well-wishers from the industry have participated in it and shared their film memories. But sadly, the most special and important film ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhanam’ is not included in it.”

Nayanthara has told that she struggled for two years to get NOC from Dhanush. But Dhanush did not approve. Nayanthara said, “Finally we have decided that now let it be. Let us re-edit it and keep it on the current version because you did not approve the use of the songs, visual cuts and even pictures of ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhanam’ despite several requests.

Dhanush sent legal notice

During this, Nayanthara also mentions that when the trailer of the documentary came, a legal notice was sent by Dhanush regarding using a three-second video in the trailer. He said that the video for the use of which a compensation of Rs 10 crore was demanded, was shot on a personal device and was a behind-the-scenes video (BTS) visual, which is available on social media.

Nayanthara says, “This is your lowest point till date and shows your character. I wish you were half the way you become in front of your innocent fans at the audio launch. But it is clear that you yourself do not follow what you say. At least not for me and my partner.”
