The news of brutal murder of a three-month old innocent child has come to light in Satna, Madhya Pradesh. In this incident, a young man has killed a three-month old innocent child by throwing him on a stone. The child had died the first time he was thrown, but the accused was so cruel that he threw him on the stone like a cloth four times in a row. Not only this, while leaving, the accused picked up a big stone and threw it on the child and fled from the spot. This incident took place in the Satna Railway Station complex on the night of 7th November. On receiving the information, GRP swung into action and investigated the case and arrested the accused within just 24 hours.
During police interrogation, when the accused narrated the story while confessing to the crime, even the police got goosebumps. After necessary interrogation, the police presented the accused in the court, from where he was sent to jail for 14 days judicial custody. The police is investigating the matter. According to GRP, Prince Pandey, who lives in the station premises, had given a complaint regarding this incident. He had told that he had slept with his 3-month-old child at night. Around 3 o’clock in the night someone came and took away their child.
Investigation started considering the child as a thief
The police felt that this was the act of a child-lifting gang. In such a situation, the police immediately came into action and started searching for the child. The next morning, the police received information that a dead body of a child covered with a sack and buried under a stone was found near Pannilal Chowk in Satna. On receiving this information, the GRP took the child’s father and got the body identified. After this, the police connected the links of the incident and caught the accused from the station premises within just 24 hours. The accused has been identified as Virendra Chaudhary, resident of Hanuman Nagar Nai Basti.

During police interrogation, the accused told that he had a fight with Prince Pandey about 20 days ago. In this matter he wanted to take revenge from the Prince. Due to this rivalry, he came secretly on the night of 6-7 November and took away their child. The accused told that he was so angry that he caught hold of the child’s leg and threw it on a stone. This child died in the first attempt itself, despite this he was hit three-four more times. Even this did not reduce his anger, so he picked up a big stone and threw it on the child’s body and then covered the body with a sack lying nearby and ran away.

According to the police, after the body was found, the police started scanning the CCTV cameras installed under the Smart City Project in the city. During this time, the accused was seen going towards his house in many cameras. It was through these cameras that the police chased the accused and reached his house, laid siege and caught him. According to the police, initially the accused tried to mislead the police, but after seeing the evidence he broke down and finally confessed to his crime.
