Storing roti flour: Many times we throw away the flour after making roti, because it does not last long and gets spoiled. When kept in the refrigerator, it becomes hard and difficult to make rotis. Mix cold water and knead the dough

Adding cold water to flour keeps the flour fresh for a longer time. Cold water makes the flour spoil less quickly, especially in summer. Therefore, when you knead the dough, add cold water to it and knead a soft dough.

The easiest and most effective way to store flour for a long time is to keep it in the refrigerator. Cover the dough in an airtight container before storing it in the refrigerator.
