Dhak Dhak girl Madhuri Dixit is going to be seen in an important role in ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’. The film is ready to be released on the occasion of Diwali. ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3’ is a horror-comedy film. The market of horror-comedy films has been growing rapidly in recent times. A lot of such films have also started being made. Now Madhuri has expressed her opinion on why more and more people are making films of the horror-comedy genre in recent times.
Recently Madhuri spoke to Pinkvilla. On this occasion, he praised Maddock’s horror-comedy film ‘Stree’ released in 2018. During this, Madhuri told that she has not seen Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkumar Rao’s ‘Stree 2’ yet. She says, “I have seen Stree, which I liked very much. I have not seen Stree 2, but I have heard that it is good. That is why people have given so much love to this film and it is also performing well.”
Talking about horror films, Madhuri says, “I think horror films are being made from the beginning. I remember I did ‘100 Days’, it was not a horror film, but it was like a mystery thriller, there was a little bit of horror in it too. If I remember correctly, most of the horror films have been made by Ramsay Brothers.”
Why the emphasis on horror films?
Regarding the horror comedy genre at this time, Madhuri says, “There is good VFX at this time, so more people want to make such films. The kind of thinking they want to portray and the kind of ghost they want to create, they can now do justice to it.” On many horror-comedy films being made, he said that this is good. He said that now we have the technical knowledge and support, with which we can create such an environment and present realistic horror imagination. Madhuri believes that that is why more people are trying their hand in this genre.
Mention of known enemy
During this, Madhuri mentioned about Rajkumar Kohli’s real enemy. He said, “There are only a few films like Jaani Dushman which were very successful, in which Sanjeev Kapoor ji was seen. “Many films have been made in horror style.”
