According to reports, the couple has chosen the picturesque Aahana Resort in Jim Corbett as the venue for their special day, slated for October 27.
Surbhi took to Instagram to share captivating pre-wedding photographs, offering a glimpse into the magic of their nuptials. As the countdown begins, fans and well-wishers eagerly await the union of these two talented actors. Sharing the photographs, Surbhi wrote, “These roots run deep, carrying stories of sunshine and rain, resilience and grace. Sumit and I chose to begin our journey here, under nature’s sacred canopy, honouring the trees that stand tall and the five elements that keep us whole.”
The couple made a striking appearance, perfectly synchronising their outfits in soothing light-green hues. Surbhi radiated elegance in a lime-green Patiala suit, complemented by delicate gold jewellery, while Sumit exuded charm in a stylishly embroidered kurta. Captured against a serene forest backdrop, with soft diya lighting illuminating the surroundings, they shared tender moments.
She later shared another set of pictures from her Mehendi ceremony. Surbhi wrote in the caption, “Mehandi Shagna di.”
Surbhi and Sumit, her rumoured beau, reportedly crossed paths for the first time on the set of the music video Haanji – The Marriage Mantra. Interestingly, they played the roles of a married couple in the video, foreshadowing their real-life romance. Their on-screen chemistry apparently translated into a genuine connection and the two have been inseparable ever since.
Surbhi made their relationship public in May by sharing an adorable selfie with Sumit on his birthday, accompanied by a heartfelt caption that affectionately referred to him as her “travel buddy for life.”
