In the 8th episode of ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati 17’, Mohali, Punjab’s Nishtha Goyal sat on the hot seat in front of Amitabh Bachchan. Nishtha, studying B.Com Honors from Indraprastha College, Delhi University, went to KBC 17 with the intention of becoming a millionaire. But he had to be satisfied with the amount of only 3 lakh rupees. After answering the questions of the early 5 questions, his game started with the sixth question, which was 50 thousand rupees. He gave the correct answers to the first two questions. But with the third question, the phase of taking his lifeline began and on three consecutive questions, he used the three lifelines (audience pole, 50:50 and signal indicators).
