Actually, people who take high protein diet, it affects the bones, due to which the bones gradually become weak. Because due to increase in the amount of protein in the body, calcium starts getting released, due to which there is a risk of problems like osteoporosis.

Weight may increase instead of decreasing
Experts say that if you take more protein than required, it can increase weight instead of reducing weight. Because the amount of calories also increases with the amount of protein you consume. In such a situation, if you do not exercise then it starts getting stored in the body in the form of fat. The result is that the weight increases.
Harmful for kidney and heart
If the amount of protein in the body increases then it directly affects our kidneys. Because it takes more effort to digest protein. In such a situation, there is extra load on the kidneys. Due to this, there is the highest risk of getting kidney stones. Apart from this, due to high amount of protein, plaque also accumulates, which affects blood circulation. How much protein to take according to weight?
The right amount of protein to take depends on your weight. Fitness expert Mukul Nagpal says that every person should include protein in his diet according to his weight. Also, the amount of protein depends on whether you exercise or not. For example, if someone does not work out then he should take 0.8 grams of protein per kg. Meaning, if someone’s weight is 100 kg, then he will need 80 grams of protein daily as per 100 multiplied by 0.8 grams per kg. At the same time, if people do intense exercise or are athletes, they should take 2 grams of protein per kg.
