He has also told an easy exercise, in which you have to sit on a chair and raise your legs forward and then take them back. Do this process for 15 minutes. It helps in activating the thigh muscles and supports the knees.

stretch with support

Yoga experts suggest to do stretching while supporting the back. For this, sit with back support. Then spread the legs by placing a pillow under the knees and calves. Stretch and relax your legs 15 times. This reduces stiffness and improves blood circulation.

activate calf muscles

To activate the calf muscles, the expert also suggested an exercise in which one should take support of the wall. Raise and lower your heels 15 times. This helps in activating the calf muscles, improving balance and reducing pressure on the knees.

reduce knee strain

To reduce knee strain, lean your back against the wall, keep your feet slightly apart. Then lift the front part of your legs and bring them down. According to experts, doing this exercise increases the flexibility of the ankle, which reduces the stress on the knee joint.
