On December 1, the Alwar Court of Rajasthan sentenced the accused for raping a one-year-old innocent girl to life imprisonment. But the comment made by the judge while giving the sentence left everyone emotional.
Today, Tuesday, 2nd December, the POCSO Court of Alwar gave a brilliant verdict. Where a beast was sentenced to life imprisonment. This means that he will now remain imprisoned inside the four walls of the jail till his last breath. The crime of the accused was that he had brutalized an innocent newborn of just 12 months. After this incident there was an uproar in entire Rajasthan. The parents were scared that now even such a small girl is not safe.
‘Such a beast has no right to live in this society’
Judge Himankani God of Alwar’s POCSO Court-3 gave this historic decision. Commenting while giving the sentence, he said – The despicable act that a 45 year old man did to a small girl, such a beast has no right to live in this society. Therefore he is sentenced to life imprisonment.
When the mother told the police, her eyes became moist.
Actually, this shameful incident happened this year on 13 September 2025. Where a middle-aged man had committed this disgusting incident with a one year old girl. After this, the victim’s mother had given a complaint to the police saying that she was bathing her daughter, when while playing, she suddenly went to the house of a young man living in the neighborhood. I thought she might be playing, but after some time she came out crying, her private parts were bleeding. After this, the woman approached the neighbor and asked – What have you done to the girl? To which the accused replied – My hand touched it by mistake, due to which blood started coming out. But when the police investigated the matter, the truth of the matter came to light. After this, the accused was arrested and presented in the court after a month. Now the court has given justice and announced punishment for the accused.
