The ministry clearly stated that the path ahead can only be out of dialogue and diplomacy.

Why is this talk important for India?

Alaska Summit is also considered important for India because the US has imposed heavy tariffs on Indian exports to buy Russian Oil. More than 50% of Indian goods have been charged with 25% secondary tariffs. President Trump accused India of funding Russia’s war machine. However, before the meeting, he indicated that secondary tariffs would not be implemented on countries buying crude oil from Russia.

Zelansky and European countries reactions

Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Trump has informed him about the main points of the conversation and he would go to Washington and discuss further with Trump. At the same time, European leaders, including France, Germany, Britain and European Commission, supported the trump, Putin and Zelancesi supported the trippelies and said that the ban on Russia would continue till the peace agreement.
