IPO storm is coming, issues worth Rs 30,000 crore will hit the market in December

Upcoming IPOs in the stock market.

The month of December is going to be very hot for the stock market. Just as the IPO market has created records throughout the year, December is going to take the same pace to a new level. It is estimated that in this one month, a huge IPO worth about ₹ 30,000 crore will be launched in the market, due to which investors are going to have many big earning opportunities.

Why will December become the biggest month of IPO?

There is tremendous activity in the IPO market in December because about 25 new companies are preparing to launch their issues. While 10 companies raised around ₹45,000 crore in October and 9 IPOs came in November, the calendar for December looks even heavier.

The mega-issues in focus this time include ICICI Prudential AMC (₹10,000 crore), Meesho (₹5,400 crore), Clean Max Enviro Energy (₹5,200 crore), Fractal Analytics (₹4,900 crore) and Juniper Green Energy (₹3,000 crore).

Quality companies are at the forefront

According to market analysts, this time investors are adopting ‘quality-first’ approach. This means that only companies with strong management, transparent governance and sustainable business models are attracting the attention of investors. At the same time, where the risk seems to be high, the popularity of IPO is not seen that much.

Strong line-up of mid-cap IPO also

December will not just be the month of big IPOs. There is also a strong queue of mid-cap companies. These include Wakefit Innovations (₹1,500 crore), InnovativeView (₹1,500 crore), Park Medi World (₹1,200 crore), NephroPlus (₹1,000 crore) and Equus (₹1,000 crore). Some names like Misho and Equus have also announced the date of 35th December.

India’s fast growth and impact of bull market

This flood of IPOs is an indication that the direction of the Indian economy and the market is very confident for investors. Analysts say that the amount raised from mainboard IPO this year has already crossed the record of ₹ 1.5 lakh crore for 2024 and December can take this record several notches higher.
