Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan, along with his father Rakesh Roshan’s HRX Digitech LLP and his mother Pramila Roshan’s Filmkunj (Bombay) Pvt Ltd, has bought 10 offices in Andheri East, Mumbai. The office is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of Eura Business Park, a premium business development project in Andheri West-Juhu.

Hrithik Roshan has paid a huge amount of Rs 28 crores to buy these 10 offices. Its 5 offices have been purchased through HRX Digitech LLP, where Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan are partners. Whereas 5 have been purchased by Filmkunj (Bombay) Private Limited, where Hrithik Roshan and his mother Pramila Roshan are directors. In total, the 10 offices are spread over a RERA carpet area of 6,968 square feet, with each unit spanning from 769 square feet to 852 square feet. These have been sold by Eura Business Park Private Limited, which is part of Pecan-Transcon Group.

Roshan family bought 17 offices in a week
Before Hrithik Roshan, Rakesh Roshan and his wife Pramila (Pinky) Roshan had bought five commercial offices in Andheri area of Mumbai for Rs 19.68 crore. After this, Hrithik Roshan’s sister Sunaina Rakesh Roshan bought two office units in Andheri East for Rs 6.42 crore. With these deals, the Roshan family together have purchased 17 office units in Andheri-Juhu in less than a week.
Talking about Hrithik Roshan’s work front, he was last seen in the film ‘War 2’. In this film, Junior NTR and Kiara Advani are also in lead roles. Talking about Hrithik’s upcoming project, he will soon be seen in ‘Krrish 4’. However, the makers have not yet revealed when it will be released.
