Ramayana’s ‘Lakshman’ Ravi Dubey Makes A Heartfelt Appeal To Fans Of Ranbir Kapoor-Yash Starrer

Speaking to ANI,  opened up about his experience of working on Ramayana and talked about the huge cultural and spiritual significance of the story. The actor stated that Ramayana and India are inseparable, describing the epic as an integral part of the country’s identity and heritage. “Bharat aur Ramayana ek dusre se alag nahi hain. They are one,” Ravi said.

The actor said that the team understands the responsibility of adapting one of India’s most revered epics. According to him, the makers are making every effort to do justice to the source material. “Yeh hamara itihaas hai, dharohar hai, and the more we can work on it, the more we will try to do justice to it within our abilities,” he said. Ravi also described his experience of being part of the project as extremely special and rewarding.

When asked what audiences can expect from the film, Ravi made an emotional appeal to fans who have been eagerly following every update about the project. “We are making the film with faith. You wait with faith,” he said. For Ravi Dubey, Ramayana is a major milestone in his acting career. Although he has established himself as a popular television actor and producer, this project marks the first time he is part of the principal cast of a large-scale theatrical film.

Last year, the actor shared his excitement about joining the project through an emotional social media post. “It’s the greatest honour of my life to be part of a story that has shaped generations,” he had written. He further described the film as an opportunity to celebrate one of India’s most cherished stories and called it “Our Truth. Our History.”
