The BJP took a dig at Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi as NDA marched towards a landslide win in Bihar Assembly election 2025. with a lead in over 200 out of 243 seats.
BJP could emerge as the single largest party and is leading in 95 seats, while its NDA ally JD(U) is ahead in 84 constituencies. Meanwhile, the Congress has almost been wiped out of Bihar, leading in just two seats. It’s Mahaghatbandhan ally RJD is leading in 24 seats.
Following the trends, the BJP took to social media and said that this is the 95th defeat for the Congress under Rahul Gandhi.
“95 defeats and still counting. RaGa is collecting electoral losses like limited-edition badges. And whenever the scoreboard looks rough, there is always a fresh blame target ready to be launched. However, the nation has read the often-used script and knows its FAKE. If losing were a competitive sport, the trophy cabinet would be full by now,” the BJP wrote in the post.
BJP state president Dilip Jaiswal thanked the people of Bihar for the mandate and said that the party will have a “Vijay Ustav” in Patna at 5 pm.
