Bihar Assembly Election 2025 LIVE: The Assembly Election results from Madhepura’s Bihari Ganj, Madhepura, and Singheshwar constituencies are widely awaited.
The overall election polling took place in two phases. In 2020, the winner from Bihari Ganj was Niranjan Kumar Mehta of the Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)), who defeated Subhashini Bundela of the Indian National Congress (INC). On the other hand, the winner for Madhepura was Chandra Shekhar of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), who defeated Nikhil Mandal of the Janata Dal (United) (JD(U)). Alongside, the winner from Singheshwar (SC) was Chandrahas Chaupal of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD), who defeated Ramesh Rishidev of the JD(U).
This year, the main candidates for the three seats are:
- Bihari Ganj: Rabindra Kumar (BSP), Amlesh Roy (JSP), Karn Kumar Mishra (IND), Renu Kumari (RJD), and others.
- Madhepura: Chandra Shekhar (RJD), Kavita Kumari Saha (JD(U)), Mukesh Kumar (AAP), and others.
- Singheshwar (SC): Subhash Kumar (BSP), Chandrahas Chaupal (RJD), Bablu Rishidev (IND), Pramod Kumar Ram (JSP), Ramesh Rishi (JD(U)), and others.
