‘Victory is certain, Tejashwi Yadav is going to become the Chief Minister of Bihar’

Akhilesh and Tejashwi Yadav have claimed the victory of the Grand Alliance on Bihar elections. He accused NDA of manipulation in exit polls and vote counting. On the contrary, many exit polls are predicting a clear victory for the NDA.

Lucknow: SP chief Akhilesh Yadav on Wednesday criticized exit polls predicting NDA’s victory in Bihar assembly elections and claimed that Tejashwi Yadav was going to become the chief minister. He said, “The people of Bihar have voted for change. Tejashwi Yadav is going to become the Chief Minister. To stop the grand alliance, BJP is deliberately getting exit polls done by its people.”

Grand alliance’s chief ministerial face Tejashwi Yadav on Wednesday alleged that there could be an attempt by the NDA to manipulate the results of Bihar assembly elections before the counting of votes on November 14. According to him, the NDA will “try its best to slow down the vote counting” and try to “create fear among the people” while trying to “kill democracy”. He also criticized the Center for the recent Delhi blasts near the Red Fort, in which at least 8 people were killed.

On November 11, many exit polls had predicted the NDA’s victory in the Bihar Assembly elections. Exit polls came out after voting ended in Bihar. The People’s Pulse Poll survey gave 133-159 seats to the NDA, 75-101 seats to the Grand Alliance and 0-5 seats to Jan Suraj. He said others are likely to get 2-8 seats.
