There is no problem in rearing animals without cages. But keeping them confined within a certain limit, in a cage, is inauspicious in a way.
He said that earth, air and water have all been gifted to us by God. These are not anyone’s property. Since God has given these, which are part of nature, to all living beings equally, every living being has the right to live freely in this world. We divide organisms into three categories: terrestrial (humans, animals living on land), aquatic (fish, crocodiles living in water) and aquatic (birds). They should be allowed to live freely. If a cage is used, it should always be kept open so that the birds can come and feed and then fly at will.
