Later, a few days before the blast, some people were also caught in Jammu and Kashmir. According to the police, Dr. Omar, who was allegedly driving the car that carried out the blast near the Red Fort, was also a member of this module. It is being said that after the module was busted, he hastened the planning of the blast. He also has close ties to two more doctors who are part of this alleged module.

He was also a Senior Resident at Government Medical College (GMC), Anantnag from 2022-2024.
Although Ganai was one of the first among the seven people to be arrested, but after police interrogation, the authorities soon arrested Rather as well. The third member of the alleged module is said to be a cleric, Irfan Ahmed, who is reportedly the imam of a mosque in Shopian, Jammu and Kashmir. He is accused of helping others “radicalise” and join the module.
The fourth member, Arif Nisar Dar, is a resident of Naugam in Jammu and Kashmir and is believed to be in contact with the Maulvi and Dr Ganai. According to the police, at least three people are residents of Naugam, while one more is from Ganderbal.
