OPPO Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra Specs Leaked: Triple 200MP Cameras, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, More

Two of the most anticipated Android flagships of 2027 are already taking shape. Tipster Debayan Roy (

), citing Digital Chat Station, has shared detailed specifications for both the OPPO Find X10 Ultra and Vivo X500 Ultra.

Both are expected to launch around March or April 2027, and both will cross the ¥10,000 mark in China, which works out to roughly Rs 1.4 lakh.

All specs here are leaked and unconfirmed by either brand.

OPPO Find X10 Ultra: The Dual Periscope Flagship

The Find X10 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most camera-loaded phones of 2027. According to the leak, it’s the only Android flagship next year expected to feature a dual periscope setup, with a 50MP 10x periscope telephoto sitting alongside a 200MP 3x periscope. That’s a camera configuration no other brand appears to be matching right now.

The full camera breakdown looks like this: a 200MP OIS main sensor with LOFIC technology, likely the Sony LYT902, a 200MP or 50MP ultrawide, a 50MP 10x periscope telephoto, and a 200MP 3x periscope telephoto with a large 1/1.12″ or 1/1.28″ sensor size.

On the display side, the Find X10 Ultra is tipped to get a 2K flat LTPO OLED panel, moving away from the curved display the X9 Ultra carried. The chipset is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro, built on TSMC’s 2nm process.

Vivo X500 Ultra: Three 200MP Sensors, No 10x Zoom

The Vivo X500 Ultra takes a different approach. All three rear cameras are 200MP, but there’s no 10x periscope in the mix. Vivo reportedly tested a 10x zoom solution for this phone but has since cancelled that prototype, sticking instead with its existing strategy of pairing a high-resolution periscope sensor with In-Sensor Zoom.

The camera breakdown: a 200MP 1/1.12″ main with LOFIC technology, likely a Samsung HPA sensor, a 200MP 1/1.56″ ultrawide using HP5 or Smartsens silicon, and a 200MP 1/1.28″ periscope with LOFIC using Smartsens SCC90XS or Omnivision OV52B. There’s also likely a 100MP selfie camera on the front.

Like the Find X10 Ultra, it runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 Pro and features a 2K flat LTPO OLED display.

Xiaomi 18 Ultra Leaks

The Xiaomi 18 Ultra was expected to be part of this 2027 ultra flagship conversation, but according to the tipster, Xiaomi has postponed its development with no update on when it’ll resume. That leaves OPPO and Vivo to dominate the segment for now.

Launch Timeline

Both phones are expected to launch in China around March or April 2027, after the broader Find X10 and X500 lineups debut in late 2026. Pricing is expected to cross ¥10,000 in China, putting them firmly in ultra-premium territory.
