Suzlon Energy Q4 Result: Renewable energy firm, Suzlon Energy, on Monday, May 25, reported a 5.7% year-on-year decline in its net consolidated profit for the fourth quarter of financial year 2025-26. While Suzlon Q4 profit declined annually, the company’s net revenue and EBITDA saw more than 35% jump in Q4.
Suzlon Energy Q4 Result Highlights
Suzlon Energy’s consolidated net profit (attributable to owners of the company) to Rs 1,114.35 crore in Q4FY26, down 5.7% from Rs 1,182.22 crore reported in the year-ago period. The company’s net profit stood at Rs 445.28 crore in Q3FY26.
The company’s net revenue from operations stood at Rs 5,468.06 crore in Q4FY26 against Rs 3,773.54 crore reported in the year-ago period. Its earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 0.81.
Suzlon Energy’s EBITDA surged by 39.1% to Rs 964 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 693 crore in Q4FY25. The company’s EBITDA margin narrowed to 17.6% from 18.4% in the year ago period.
Suzlon Energy Order Growth
Suzlon Energy’s orderbook stood at 5.9 GW with 66% orders from PSU and CI sectors. The company’s net cash position stood at Rs 2,384 Cr as of 31st March 2026.
Growing wind turbine delivery, strong order execution also emerged as a key highlight for the company for March quarter. Suzlon’s wind turbine delivered accelerated in Q4FY26 as the net deliveries stood at 830 MW in Q4FY26, against 573 MW against the corresponding quarter.
“We have significantly strengthened our financial position to prepare for the next phase of growth. Our flagship S144 platform has already achieved ~9GW of cumulative order intake and the WTG business has delivered 55% CAGR growth over the last three years. Together, these factors position Suzlon strongly to capitalize on the large market opportunity ahead,” stated Girish Tanti, Vice Chairman, Suzlon Group.
Suzlon Energy share price closed 0.19% higher at Rs 53.88 per share on BSE with a market capitalisation of Rs 73,899.03 crore on Monday, May 25. The stock had touched an intraday high of Rs 54.89 per share and an intraday low of Rs 53.09 per share.
