According to the information, last Wednesday night, an unknown person called Hajipur Police Control Room from an unknown number. Along with this, the police of Kartaha police station was also called. The unknown caller said that Shivani Shukla and her mother have a lot of money. If Shivani Shukla, who is contesting the elections, does not pay the extortion money, she will be shot in Ghataro village.
RJD candidate Shivani Shukla was threatened against extortion. The owner of the number from which the call was made has been arrested by the police. He is being interrogated and RJD candidate Shivani Shukla has been provided with bodyguards. Told that Shivani Shukla and her mother have a lot of money and they do not pay extortion money. If she comes to Ghataro village, we will shoot her.
After receiving the threatening call, the police control room informed the police officers as well as Kartaha police station chief Kunal Kumar Azad. Police registered an FIR in the matter and started investigation. During investigation, the police got information that a threatening call was made from Hyderabad and an associate of the caller is a resident of Dhanushi village.
