Tejashwi Yadav’s big counterattack on Jungle Raj, reminds PM Modi of ’55 scams’

In Bihar elections, Tejashwi Yadav has hit back on the allegation of ‘Jungle Raj’. He accused the present NDA government of giving protection to criminals. Tejashwi reminded PM Modi of Nitish’s 55 scams and reiterated his promises like 10 lakh jobs.

Patna: The Grand Alliance, surrounded by the issue of ‘Jungle Raj’ in the Bihar Assembly elections 2025, has now adopted an aggressive stance. Before entering the field for election campaign on Friday, Leader of Opposition and CM face of Grand Alliance, Tejashwi Yadav held a press conference and directly attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Giving his definition of ‘Jungle Raj’, Tejashwi accused the present NDA government of giving protection to criminals.

Tejashwi gave a new definition of ‘Jungle Raj’

While talking to the media persons, Tejashwi Yadav said that different types of things will keep happening during the elections, but he does not speak falsely but speaks for sure. Countering the issue of ‘Jungle Raj’, he asked a sharp question, “Jungle Raj is not where criminals are being given protection, no action is taken after crime, crime happens every day… this is what is called Jungle Raj.” He claimed that there is not a single day in Bihar when there is no firing, crime, robbery, dacoity and theft.

Remind PM Modi of ’55 scams’

Tejashwi Yadav did not stop here. He also directly cornered Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said, “What does the Prime Minister say or not say… He himself was counting 55 scams of CM Nitish. Was any action taken on those scams?” Tejashwi also raised the issue of crime in BJP ruled states. He said that in all the BJP ruled states, crime is highest there. He claimed that crime was highest in UP and Bihar.

Repeated promises and called public priority after becoming CM

After being declared the CM face, Tejashwi Yadav is going to make electoral noise on five assembly seats from today. Before leaving for the campaign, he once again reiterated his key election promises.

He said, “You want to tell everyone that if Tejashwi becomes the CM, then the people of Bihar will also become the CM, that is, the public will be the main thing. We will make Bihar free from crime and corruption. A government will be formed with education, earning, medicines, irrigation and hearing.”

He again strongly reiterated the promises of 10 lakh government jobs, ₹ 1.5 lakh (in 5 years) to women under ‘Mai Behan Maan Yojana’, government status to contract workers and increasing the honorarium of Jeevika Didis.

Tejashwi said sarcastically, “Modi ji wants to set up a factory in Gujarat and his vaccine is needed in Bihar, so this will not happen.” This aggressive attitude of Tejashwi Yadav has further heated up the political atmosphere of Bihar before the elections.
