Gold prices jump on on Diwali, silver prices decline

New Delhi: Gold and silver prices are constantly skyrocketing. On the day of Diwali, the price of gold increased by Rs 780, while the price of silver per kilogram has decreased by Rs 590 per kg.

On bullions.co.in at 10:5 am, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold was Rs 1,28,350. Yesterday, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold was Rs 127570. The price of silver per kilogram is Rs 1,57,020. On the previous day, the price of 1 kg of gold was Rs 1,57,610.

Gold price on Tanishq

The price of 24-carat 10 grams of gold on Tanishq was mentioned Rs 1,31,29. At the same time, the price of 22 carat gold stood at Rs 1,20,350.

Latest prices on MCX

MCX Gold December futures were trading 0.78 percent higher at Rs 1,28,005 per 10 grams at 9:15 am. MCX Silver December contracts were up 0.41 percent to Rs 1,57,240 per kg. In the international market, gold reached $4,255 per ounce. This is a recovery after last session’s big fall.

Future prospects

Experts believe that gold can reach Rs 1,35,000-Rs 1,36,000. This is possible with the constant demand of the central bank and ETFs. Due to the lack of supply in silver, the prices can go from Rs 1,75,000 to Rs 1,80,000.
