Rohit Sharma’s friend Abhishek Nair told on Star Sports, the broadcast channel of India-Australia match, that Rohit has lost 10 kg weight.

Before going to Australia, Rohit Sharma not only trained for fitness but also for batting with Abhishek Nair. He spent a lot of time with Abhishek Nair. In such a situation, his input on Rohit becomes important.

Did all this in 252 hours, then lost weight

Abhishek Nair told that Rohit has lost 10 kg weight in 3 months. He also told how Rohit has accomplished his weight loss mission. According to Abhishek Nair, out of the 12 weeks that Rohit trained, 8 weeks were of hard core training. Whereas in the remaining 4 weeks he focused on his skills and other things. Out of the first 8 weeks, the first 5 weeks were body building mindset. Meaning in that he worked on his body.

Abhishek further told that Rohit Sharma sweated for 3 hours every day for 3 months. He worked hard. Now he worked on fitness for 3 hours every day, meaning 21 hours a week. Similarly, if we look at it in 12 weeks, then for 252 hours, he did whatever was necessary with full dedication to lose weight and get a fit body.
