Tragic Accident in Maharashtra: A major accident took place in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra. Here a mini truck coming at a high speed fell into a ditch. At least 8 people died in this accident, while 15 others were injured. This tragic incident took place at around 10.30 in the morning at Chandsaili Ghat located in the area of Taloda police station. Officials said there were around 40 people in the truck and it was returning from a pilgrimage when the driver lost control of the vehicle and the accident occurred.
8 people died in the accident
According to the officer, the mini truck fell into a gorge about 200 feet deep. Eight passengers died in this accident, while 15 others were injured. The driver of the mini truck is also among the injured, who is being treated at Nandurbar Sub-District Hospital and Civil Hospital. Police have identified the deceased as Ganesh Bhil, Bhushan Gosavi, Pawan Mistari, Bapu Dhangad, Chetan Patil, Yogesh Thackeray, Rahul Mistari and Hiralal Bhil.

Truck driver also included among the injured
The injured also include the truck driver, who is being treated at Nandurbar Sub-District Hospital and Civil Hospital. A case of negligence and rash driving has been registered against driver Vilas Desale. Further investigation into the incident is ongoing.
