60% lamp decoration completed, thousands of volunteers gathered in Ayodhya, Yogi government is creating a new record!

Thousands of volunteers are engaged in making the Ayodhya Deepotsav 2025 grand. Under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor of Avadh University, the work of decorating lamps at Ram Ki Pauri is going on rapidly. More than 60 percent work completed, Ayodhya echoed with slogans of ‘Jai Shri Ram’.

Lord Shri Ram’s city Ayodhya is once again preparing to create history. This time, Deepotsav 2025 will not only be a confluence of grandeur and reverence, but will also set an example of dedication and discipline. Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government is busy making this event the most divine and historic festival of lights till date. From Ram ki Paidi to Saryu Ghat, the atmosphere has become Ram-filled with the arrangement of lamps and the slogans of “Jai Shri Ram”.

Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Avadh University, Ayodhya remains the main partner of this year’s Deepotsav. Under the leadership of Vice Chancellor Colonel Dr. Bijendra Singh, a large team of teachers and volunteers are continuously engaged in the work of decorating lamps at Ram Ki Pauri. On Friday also thousands of volunteers set a new example of service and dedication.

Volunteers arrived by reserve buses, ‘Jai Shri Ram’ echoed on the ghats

From 10 am onwards, volunteers from the university campus were sent to Ram Ki Paidi through reserve buses. Traffic Coordinator Prof. Anup Kumar told that the enthusiasm of the students and teachers was visible since the morning. All the teams divided into groups started the work of decorating the ghats in an organized manner, due to which the entire padi soon got illuminated with lamps.

Vice Chancellor inspected all the ghats, boosted the enthusiasm of the team

Vice Chancellor Colonel Dr. Bijendra Singh visited the Deepotsav site and inspected all the teams and encouraged the volunteers. He said, “Deepotsav is not just a festival of lights, but a public celebration of the ideals of Maryada Purushottam Shri Ram. The feeling of dedication is visible in every lamp and every hand.”

More than 60 percent lamp laying work completed

The university team informed that more than 60 percent of the lamps have been laid at the Deepotsav site. Many Ghats have achieved their targets ahead of schedule. Work is continuing at a rapid pace at all 56 ghats under the supervision of ghat in-charges and coordinators, so that no lamp remains unlit till the last moment.

Teachers and students absorbed in determination and service

Senior teachers, officers and thousands of students of the university are involved in the entire event with a spirit of dedication. Every volunteer is considering this work as Ram’s work and contributing with all his heart.

Ayodhya will shine as per the intention of Yogi government

Deepotsav 2025 will not only symbolize the faith of Ayodhya, but will also show that discipline, service and environment-friendly events are possible together. As per the intention of the Yogi government, this time Ayodhya will shine not only with lights but also with devotion, organization and cleanliness.
