Asthawan Assembly Election 2025: Asthawan is a very important assembly constituency located in Nalanda district of Bihar. The seat is known to be a Kurmi dominated area and being the home district of the Chief Minister, has always been important for JD(U). Even after the last two victories (2015 and 2020), JDU’s dominance on this seat is clearly visible.

- Chhote Lal Yadav (LJP)-48,464 votes, defeated.
