New Delhi: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has declared a Diwali Bonanza for new customers. On the occasion of the celebration, BSNL is also providing its 4G mobile services at an insignificant price of only Rs 1 per month. The limited-period offer is operative between October 15 and November 15, 2025, enabling the users to enjoy BSNL’s newly rolled-out Make in India 4G network virtually at no cost.
As stated by the BSNL CMD A. Robert J. Ravi, the project indicates the company’s vision of the realisation of the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat. According to him, the Diwali Bonanza Plan will enable customers to enjoy a world-class network that is indigenously developed at no service charges within the first 30 days. The quality, coverage, and trust of the offer presented by BSNL will hopefully encourage users to remain connected with the company even after the trial period.

What the Diwali Bonanza plan offers?
The plan will consist of unlimited voice calls, 2GB of high-speed data in a day, and 100 SMS per day. It will also offer a free SIM card to new users as long as they undertake the Know Your Customer (KYC) process as required by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT).
How to Avail the offer?
The plan can be activated by visiting the nearest BSNL Customer Service Centre (CSC) by the customers, who should carry valid KYC documents. Upon passing the Rs 1 activation and verification process, the users will be given their free SIM card. The first 30 days of free benefits will be activated after the date of activation.
