This time BSE has fixed 21st October as the date for Muhurta trading. On the same day, a one-hour Muhurta trading session will be organized on NSE and BSE from 1:45 pm to 2:45 pm. Apart from this, there will also be a pre-open session from 1:30 to 1:45 pm. If we look at the data of the last 10 years, Nifty saw a rise of 0.4 percent in 10 trading sessions. Nifty has given positive returns in 8 out of 10 sessions. Whereas only 2 have given negative returns.

In the last 10 Muhurta trading hours, Nifty has made profits for the investors. Nifty has seen a rise in 8 out of 10 sessions between 2015 and 2024. In the year 2015, Muhurat trading took place on 11 November. On this day Nifty closed with a rise of 0.5 percent. At the same time, a decline was seen in 2016 and 2017 only. Since then, i.e. from 2018 to 2024, Nifty has closed in positive only. There was an increase of 0.7 percent in the year 2018, an increase of 0.4 percent in 2019, an increase of 0.5 percent in 2020, and an increase of 0.5 percent in 2021.
Also, the highest increase of 0.9 percent was seen in 2022. Apart from this, if we talk about the last two trading sessions, then Muhurat trading in 2023 took place on 12th November. On this day Nifty 50 closed with a gain of 0.5%. In the year 2024, Nifty had closed with a gain of 0.4 percent in the trading held on November 1.
