Mumbai, November 4: Veteran actress Juhi Chawla extended a heartfelt birthday wish to her contemporary and friend Tabu, sparking a warm exchange on social media.
Chawla, known for her vibrant personality, shared a touching picture of herself embracing Tabu, accompanied by a message that resonated with many fans.
“Happy Birthday Tabu…!! Some people age, some people evolve… and then there’s you, quietly getting better at everything and refusing to tell us how.. Lots and lots of love..!!” Juhi penned on her social media, highlighting Tabu’s enduring talent and grace. The two actresses had previously shared screen space in the 2001 comedy film ‘Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiyaa’. The film, a remake of the Tamil movie ‘Viralukketha Veekkam’, boasted an ensemble cast including Govinda, Chandrachur Singh, and Johnny Lever, alongside Juhi and Tabu.
Coinciding with her 55th birthday, the makers of Tabu’s upcoming film, ‘King 100’, unveiled her first-look poster. Her co-star, Nagarjuna Akkineni, also shared a special birthday message, revealing Tabu’s character as ‘Mahanthi Jhansi Rani’. The poster depicted Tabu in a powerful political avatar, clad in a red saree and white blouse, exuding dignity and authority. The intriguing tagline, “This time, it’s not love… it’s war,” hints at a compelling and intense narrative, marking the reunion of Tabu and Nagarjuna on screen after nearly three decades.
