Mrunal Thakur will celebrate her birthday on August 1st. The actress, who is about to turn 33 years old, got a huge and unexpected surprise on the sets of Dacoit, where the entire team, along with lead actor Adivi Sesh, celebrated her birthday with songs and a sweet cake cutting ceremony.

Mrunal Thakur’s pre-birthday bash
Annapurna Studios took to X (previously Twitter) to share a video from the pre-birthday celebration of Mrunal along with the cast and crew of Dacoit. The actress was in the costume of her character in the film, reportedly named Juliet. She was surprised as a few members of the movie’s team led her to a room, which had the rest of the cast and crew waiting for her. Adivi Sesh lit up the candles for her as she smiled and clicked pics of the cake. She then asked him to join her in cutting the cake. The high point of the video came when the actress began dancing cutely as everyone sang Happy Birthday.

Adivi Sesh, Mrunal Thakur sustain minor injuries on Dacoit sets
Earlier, there were rumours that both Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur were injured on the sets of Dacoit. As per a report by Telugu 360, Adivi and Mrunal were involved in a physically demanding scene when they sustained the injuries. After receiving first aid, Adivi visited a medical professional for further evaluation. Mrunal, on the other hand, opted to complete her scheduled scenes before calling it a day. The incident occurred during a shoot in Hyderabad around Mid-July.
