Fahadh Faasil’s latest Telugu film, Don’t Trouble the Trouble, has arrived on Netflix just four weeks after hitting theaters. The movie had its theatrical release on October 2, but it struggled to pull crowds and ended up falling flat at the box office.
With the film now streaming in multiple languages, the makers are hoping it finds a wider audience from the comfort of home. A lot of eyes are on whether the OTT audience will give it a warmer reception than theatergoers did.
The project marks the directorial debut of Shashank Yeleti, with Ssara Palekar, Saurabh Sachdeva, and Mahesh Manjrekar playing key roles. SS Rajamouli came on board as the presenter and actively stepped out to promote the film ahead of its theatrical debut.
Big names like Jr NTR, Mahesh Babu, and Nani also openly shared their praise and supported the team. The film was bankrolled by Shobu Yarlagadda, Prasad Devineni, and SS Karthikeya, featuring a musical score by Kaala Bhairava.
