The popular Hindi series Mirzapur was adapted into a film, which hit theatres on September 4, 2026, in Hindi and Telugu. Today, Amazon Prime Video quietly released the film on its platform, bringing both a surprise and a disappointment for Mirzapur fans.
The OTT version is slightly longer than the theatrical version. While the theatrical cut has a runtime of 3 hours and 17 minutes, the OTT version comes with an additional 14 minutes of footage. Audiences are now keen to find out what has been added to the digital version.
However, it is a disappointment for those who were waiting for the Telugu version. As of now, the Telugu-dubbed version is not available on the platform.
The A-rated super hit Hindi crime drama is directed by Gurmmeet Singh. It features Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharma, Jitendra Sharma, Ravi Kishan, Shweta Tripathi, and others in key roles. Mirzapur: The Movie is produced by Excel Entertainment and Amazon MGM Studios.
