According to Microsoft, this program is being rolled out gradually, but it will be available to all eligible users before October 14, 2025.

Process to sign up for Windows 10 ESU

  • If your device is eligible, an Enroll Now link will appear in ESU.
  • Sign in to your Microsoft account.
  • Select your enrollment date and choose between Backup to One Drive, Microsoft Rewards Redeem, or $30 payment.
  • After completing the process, your PC will be eligible to receive Windows 10 ESU updates until October 13, 2026.
